Tutorial: Creating Campaigns and Screen Layouts in OnSign TV

1. Accessing the Campaign Creation Interface

Navigate to the Campaigns Section: Log into your OnSign TV account and click on the "Campaigns" tab located in the top navigation bar.

Initiate a New Campaign: Click on the "+ New Campaign" button to start creating a new campaign.​

2. Selecting a Screen Layout

Choose a Layout: Upon initiating a new campaign, you'll be prompted to select a screen layout. OnSign TV offers various predefined layouts, such as:​

Full Screen: Utilizes the entire screen for a single content piece.

Split Screen: Divides the screen into multiple zones, allowing simultaneous display of different content types (e.g., video, images, RSS feeds).

Customize Layouts: You can also create custom layouts to fit specific content requirements by adjusting zone sizes and positions.

3. Adding Content to the Campaign

Upload Media: Drag and drop your media files (images, videos, etc.) into the designated zones within the layout.

Set Playback Order: Arrange the sequence of media playback by organizing the files within each zone.

Configure Settings: Adjust settings such as duration, transitions, and scheduling for each media file as needed.

4. Previewing the Campaign

Use the Preview Feature: Before publishing, utilize the preview function to see how your campaign will appear on the screen. This helps in verifying content placement and transitions.YouTube+1YouTube+1

5. Publishing the Campaign

Select Target Players: Choose the devices or screens (players) where you want the campaign to be displayed.

Set Scheduling Options: Define the start and end times, recurrence, and any specific conditions for the campaign playback.

Publish: Click on the "Publish" button to deploy the campaign to the selected players.
