If you deploy digital signage through LG webOS 2.0 screens, adjust the device settings in order to display your Content in Portrait Mode. Turn on your screen and follow the instructions below:

LG webOS 3.0 and 3.2 devices are set to Portrait Mode during the OnSign TV  Player App setup. Read here how to install OnSign TV on LG webOS 2.0 - 3.2.

1. Hold the "Settings" button pressed until a rectangular box pops up in the top-right corner of the screen.

2. Enter the number sequence  0 0 0 0 and confirm with OK.
3. In the Signage Setup menu, look for “Content Rotation” and confirm with OK.

4. Select “90” or “270” depending on your screen setup.
5. Look for "OSD Portrait Mode" and make sure it's turned off.
6. Leave the Signage Setup menu and open the OnSign TV  Player App to display your Content in the right orientation.
