In this step-by-step guide, you'll learn how to install multiple instances of Players on Windows. This feature allows you to run fully independent player instances in the same Windows machine. Up to 4 instances can be installed on each device.
💡Tip
Check system requirements: Ensure your Windows device meets the minimum CPU, RAM, and GPU requirements for running multiple instances smoothly.
- Download the latest OnSign player, then run the executable file.
- In the setup installer, click Advanced in the bottom-left corner.

- On the Advanced Settings page, select the instance you want to install (from default, or #1, up to #4). Then click Next.

- On the Additional Tasks screen, we recommend checking Create a desktop shortcut for easier access to the Player. Then click Next.

- After reviewing your instance and shortcut settings, click Install, then Finish once the installation completes.

- Launch the Players and connect each one to your account. Publish a content and you're all set!
Here’s an example of four players running on the same Windows PC. Simply drag and drop each player window to adjust its position and size according to your preference.

Important notes
- This feature is available only on OnSign Player for Windows version 10.6.11 or later.
- You can install up to four OnSign Player instances on a single Windows machine.
- These instances can be added to a Sync Group to display synchronized content across all players.
