Organization Security Settings

This feature is exclusively available to organizations utilizing the Enterprise Plan.

 

The Organization Security Settings are accessible only to Admin users. Any modifications made to the Organization Settings will be immediately applied.

Below is a list of configurations within the Organization Settings:

  • Minimum Password Length: Changes to password length and character requirements will only affect new passwords.
  • Password Requirements: Define password complexity requirements, including uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
  • Max Password Age: Define the maximum duration for which a password can be used before the user is prompted to change it.
  • Max Login Attempts: Specify the number of login attempts allowed before a user is blocked.
  • Login Attempts Reset: Determine the duration for which a user is blocked after reaching the maximum login attempts.
  • Single Session Enforcement: Enhance security by enforcing a single session per user.
  • Two-factor Authentication: Enforce two-factor authentication for all organization users.
  • Disable FTP: Block all users from using and enabling FTP.
  • Single Sign-on Settings: Single Sign-on enables users to be authenticated using the SAML protocol.

To access the Organization Settings:

  1. Click on the username in the bottom-left corner.
  2. Select the settings menu.
  3. The Organization Settings page will now be available in the left menu options.
