Fixes

• Improve video playback error handling
• Add exception handling for the video play
• Remove storage:full event duplicated code
• Fix player not re-downloading content when SHA changes
• Register Sentry uncaught exception handler before loading PlaybackLib
• Prevent downgrading PlaybackLib to a version older than the built-in version
• Fix "Cannot read property 'report' of null" error
• Make a few known video playback error events more clear
• Fix portrait video playback on old devices (SSSP 4 and webOS 3)
