This article provides all the information needed to configure an alert, including target metrics, conditions, and AI-based alerts.
Accessing Alerts
- Go to the Players tab on the main page.
- Select Alerts.
- Click Add Alert.
Setting an Alert
On the alert configuration page, you will find the following options:
-
Target Metric:
Select the parameter you want to monitor. This includes a wide range of hardware-related metrics such as CPU usage, memory consumption, storage capacity, temperature, connectivity status, and more. Choosing the right metric ensures your alert focuses on the specific aspect of player performance you want to track. -
Comparison Operator and Threshold Value:
Define the rule that will trigger the alert. The comparison operator (e.g., greater than, less than, equal to) works together with the threshold value to determine when the metric becomes critical. For example, you can trigger an alert if CPU usage exceeds 80% or if storage drops below a certain limit. -
Condition and Evaluation Window:
Specify how frequently the condition must occur before triggering the alert. You can configure the alert to activate if the issue happens once, repeatedly, or continuously within a defined time window (e.g., 3 times in 10 minutes). This helps reduce false positives and ensures alerts reflect consistent or critical issues. -
Ignore Empty Data:
Enable this option to prevent alerts when no data is being reported, such as when a player is offline or inactive. This avoids unnecessary notifications and keeps your alert system focused on meaningful events.
You can also filter alerts by player, player groups, or tags.

Notifications
- Add a notification email and define how often you want to receive alerts.
- Customize the email template and message to suit your needs: enter your desired text and click the blue Formatting Help button to access, copy, and paste additional variables.
- Enable webhook notifications to receive alerts on external platforms.

With the Pro plan, you can create alerts using AI for a quicker and simpler setup.

Alert History
Alerts are displayed on the Alerts page, showing a green “OK” status when not triggered and a red “Error” status when triggered.
Once the issue is resolved and the player is back online, the alert status updates automatically.
For more advanced analysis and auditing, access the log history by clicking the clock icon on each alert. Historical data is retained for up to one year.
