The Audit Log is a dynamic report that automatically tracks all user activities on the OnSign platform. It provides a detailed record of every action performed, including the username, executed task, date and time, IP address, and estimated location.
This feature is exclusive to Enterprise Plan subscribers.
The Audit Log helps you:
- Monitor user activity and identify unusual or suspicious behavior, such as access to sensitive data outside of normal business hours.
- Investigate incidents by reviewing a timeline of events leading up to and after a security issue.
- Demonstrate compliance with regulations by proving that user activity is properly tracked.
- Troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
Accessing the Audit Log
- Click on the Reports tab on the left menu and click on Audit Log.
Analyzing Audits, Generating Reports, and Exporting Data
- Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow down the audit entries as needed.
- Click on the Report button on the top-right corner.
- Select the desired time frame and click Download. The report will be exported in Excel form.
