Monitor everything happening on your Player in real time. Each time the Player connects to Wi-Fi, its activity and updates are recorded chronologically under Player Status > Player Events, providing a detailed history of the Player's activity.
- In your OnSign account, click on the "Players" tab on the left of the page and select a device.
- The newly loaded page displays the Player Events box directly on the first page, below the Player Status header.
It provides a chronological record of the Player's activities, such as connecting to the internet, downloading files, and synchronizing content, files, and playback rules. Regular events are displayed on a white background, while errors are highlighted in red and warnings in yellow.
You can filter events by selecting an option from the header "Show All Events".
