OnSign introduces the new Report Hub, a centralized page that allows users to create, organize, and access reports more efficiently.
The Report Hub replaces the legacy Reports page and includes more than 30 report options distributed across 11 categories. Users can:
- Automate reports to run daily
- Create reports based on rules and specific dates
- Save reports inside custom folders for easier organization
Accessing the Report Hub
To access the new Report Hub:
- Open the Reports tab in the main menu
- Click Report Hub
You can also access it from the legacy Reports page by clicking the “Try the new Report Hub” message located in the top-right corner.
Overview
When accessing the Report Hub, you will immediately see the list of generated reports.
On this page, you can:
- Filter reports by type and by recurrence status (recurring or one-time)
- Search reports by author or report name
- Expand recurring reports to view all scheduled recurrences and generated entries
