The Font Manager is a dedicated space for uploading, installing, and organizing the custom fonts used across your OnSign organization account.Instead of managing multiple copies of the same font, the new process eliminates potential duplicates and simplifies font management.
The Font Manager is located under Settings > Font Manager.
How it works
Fonts in the Font Manager move through three states:
Upload: add a font file (TTF or OTF) to your account.
- Go to New > Upload File.

- Select the desired font file and upload it to the platform.
Install: make an uploaded font active and selectable across Apps and Compositions.
- Open the folder containing the font file.
- Right-click the font file.
- Select Install Font.

Available: installed fonts appear in font selection menus, ready to be applied to your content.
When editing a Content item, you can choose a font from the following sources:

Migrating previously uploaded fonts
Fonts uploaded before the introduction of the Font Manager will continue to work normally and remain available in existing content. However, to benefit from centralized font management, these fonts must be migrated to the Font Manager.
If your organization has legacy fonts in use, the following font migration option will be displayed when you access the Font Manager, allowing you to import and manage them from a single location.
- Click the orange Migrate Fonts button.

- Review the migration details, then click Migrate to confirm.

Once the process is complete, your existing fonts will be imported into the Font Manager and available for centralized management.
Sharing fonts across sub organizations
Users managing a parent organization can share fonts from the Font Manager with their sub organizations, giving those accounts access to the same approved set of fonts without needing to upload them individually.
