It is best practice to delete files from your OnSign TV account if you are not going to use this image or video any more. Unused files occupy storage space you might need in the future. Each OnSign TV account has an accumulative 1 GB of storage capacity per subscribed Player license at their disposal.

1. Go to the "Content" page of your OnSign TV Account.
2. Select the file or item you want to get remove. You can select multiple files by checking the small box in the top-left of each file.
3. Right-click over the selected items or click on the three dots in the bottom-right corner which appear when hovering over any selected items.

   

4. Click "Delete" in the pop-up window.
5. If you have selected multiple files or they are actively in use, OnSign TV requests you to type "DELETE" to confirm this is what you want. Better safe than sorry!
