Available only with Pro plan or higher.
While user actions are synchronized with the Players instantly, background updates on external sources, such as Data Feeds and RSS, are bundled and downloaded by the Player every 15 minutes. This interval can be decreased or increased in the Player 's settings as follows:
- Select the Player where you want to change the background update interval.
- Go to Settings in the Player menu.
- Scroll down to the Network Data Usage settings and change the Background Update Interval to realtime, for example.
- Confirm with the orange Save Changes button on the bottom right.
