Inside China, you can improve access speed with the OnSign China proxy server.
- Access your OnSign account with https://app.onsigntv.asia.
- Connect your Players to the server in Asia following the instructions below.
Connecting OnSign Players to the Asia server
- Before adding the Player to your OnSign account, right click on the initial Player window and select the option Server Settings as indicated in the image below.
- Select OnSign (Asia) as the server.
- Confirm with Save.
