How to reset SSSP

In case you experience any problem launching the OnSign TV  Player App on your Samsung SSSP, follow the instructions below to reset the Apps.

ATTENTION: Follow these steps carefully! Any mistake could cause irreversible damage to your device.

 
  1. Turn the monitor off.
  2. Click the following buttons in sequence to enter the service mode: "Mute" + 1 + 8 + 2 + “Power On”
  3. Click “SVC”.
  1. Select “Reset”.
  1. Hover over "Apps Reset" and confirm with “Ok”.
  1. The loaded screen will display the “Apps Reset” option again. Move with the right arrow to select it.
  1. The word “Wait” will be displayed over the “Apps Reset” button. Wait for it to go away.
  2. At last, restart the monitor. As you turn it on, the OnSign TV  Player App will get reinstalled automatically and should work normally.
