Fire TV Limitations
Although the Fire TV is a great device there are several limitations you need to keep in mind:
- The Fire TV is not a regular Android device, so there is always a chance of some features not working.
- The Fire TV is a a device fully controlled by Amazon, so updates and changes can stop OnSign TV from working on the device.
- The Fire TV is a device meant for home use, so it does not have the proper housing and heat dissipation for 24x7 operation.
- The Fire TV doesn't support the following OnSign TV features:
- Remote and scheduled reboot
- Advanced remote support by the OnSign TV team (this limits the amount of data our team can get from your device in case you need our support).
