In order to connect your MacOS Player to your account, you need to install the Player Software for the MacOS / Mac OSX Operating System.
Follow the instructions:
- Go to the OnSign TV website and click on "Training & Support" on the header. From the drop-down menu, select "Download".
- On the newly loaded page, several versions of OnSign TV Player Apps will be listed. Download the software compatible with your Operating System, in this case MacOS.
- Open the downloaded archive and begin with the installation setup.
- When this is done, the OnSign TV software icon will be displayed on your desktop.
