Public, retail, educational, and enterprise deployments often need a device that only runs one application, without users reaching other settings, apps, or the desktop. Kiosk Mode restricts a device to run only the OnSign Player, turning it into a secure, single-purpose signage tool. How you enable it depends on the device's platform.

Notes: On Android, Kiosk Mode requires the correct SPM to be installed first, without it, Kiosk Mode can't be configured. The SPM is exclusive to Android, Windows and Linux don't use it, and don't need it.
Exiting Kiosk Mode
Once Kiosk Mode is enabled on a device, a new Lock password setting becomes available in the Player settings. To exit the OnSign app while Kiosk Mode is active, click 7 times in the lower-left corner of the screen, then enter the Lock password:
After the device is unlocked from Kiosk Mode, the device needs to be restarted to lock back into Kiosk Mode.
