Fixes

• Fix broken Geniatech HDMI-in playback.
• Prevent player from freezing when an audio streaming is offline.
• Ensure player detects build model MBR-1100 properly.
• Stop playing campaigns and show error message if edge server can't authenticate the client.
• Reduce minimum storage space to 100MB.
