New features introduced on the OnSign platform in February 2026:
General improvements
- Improved the subscription change experience by allowing users to easily view AI features available in each plan, highlighted in the orange box at the top of the features list.
- Added a new AI-powered feature that enabled easier and more efficient creation of player filters.
- Added mandatory setup in default player settings to enforce specific configurations across all newly linked players.
- Introduced an enhanced Show Usage feature, allowing access to both direct and indirect content usage. It also enabled visibility into whether other users are using the same content on their players.
- Enabled direct access to a player’s ID from the player list via the dropdown menu.
- Added the ability to change the Two-Factor Authentication code for a new device directly within the account during migration.
Alerts
- Added the ability to set alerts based on a specified number of app events within the Create Alerts feature.
- Added the option to choose between individual or aggregated notifications for a configured alert within the Create Alerts feature.
Notes
- Added the ability to publish notes using keyboard shortcuts:
Cmd + Enteron macOS andCtrl + Enteron Windows. - Added support for tagging users in Organization notes. Tagged users are notified by email and can click the notification to be redirected directly to the note where they were mentioned.
Orgs
- Improved license management by allowing users to view how many licenses are available, in use, or remaining when adding or removing licenses from an organization.
- Added the ability to copy an alert to multiple organizations linked to your account by selecting them within the Create Alerts feature.
