Reports
- Added a new Report Hub, centralizing report management with support for recurring reports, notifications, folder organization, and more. See the full guide for details.
- Added a comment request when changing published content, with the reason logged in content reports.
- Improved report readability by clarifying the rule of displaying only named triggers in reports.
Triggers, Events, and Health Check
- Added support for special keyboard keys as trigger conditions on specific players, enabling more advanced interaction and automation scenarios.
- Added the ability to double-click custom app events to view extra data on the Player Status page events list.
- Added firmware version health check status for Tizen, Samsung SSP, webOS, and BrightSign devices, allowing administrators to monitor firmware versions and identify devices that may require updates directly from the OnSign platform.
- Updated detached players to stop generating health check notifications, reducing false alerts and minimizing notification noise.
Account Management
- Added a mandatory VAT number field for new EU account registration, supporting cross-border business and e-commerce compliance.
- Added a 2FA status indicator to the users list, allowing administrators to quickly identify which users have two-factor authentication enabled.
Apps and Plugins
- Added the Live Soccer Scores app, allowing users to display real-time match events and scores from more than 20 soccer championships and leagues.
- Added the Soccer Fixtures app, allowing users to display upcoming matches with the option to show real-time score and match updates.
- Added the Soccer Standings app, enabling the display of real-time championship standings and team rankings.
- Added the Soccer Goal Trigger plugin, allowing predefined content to be displayed whenever a selected team scores a goal. This plugin requires a Local API trigger to be configured, and theA Local API name must match in both the trigger and plugin settings.
- Added the Seasonal Clock app, featuring more than 15 themed clock designs to display on screen.
- Updated the Famous Quotes and Today in History apps to integrate with Data Feed sources, providing greater flexibility for content management. Existing content created with the previous version of the app was automatically migrated to the new version.
Others
- Added the ability to optimize media for different types of players through the Optimize Media option in the main content menu, helping improve playback performance and compatibility across devices.
