Fixes

• Fix shutdown action not being executed
• Migrate statistics collection to a separate module
• Unify file download strategy between platforms
• Prevent ongoing downloads from being interrupted when content update is received
• Fix "content synchronizing" message being displayed when player has no campaigns assigned
• Fix player update download event
• Fix an error caused by Tizen download.start(..) method returning -1 instead of the actual download id
