Fixes

• Handle startup actions after successful request
• Add minimum uptime requirement for reboot actions
• Fix download of multiple Contents pointing to same path
• Fix deletion of Contents pointing to same path
• Fix files mistakenly identified as in-use and not deleted
• Fix player trying to move non-existent temp files
• Add/update some startup logs to help with debugging
• Fix signage.readContent() throwing an exception if Content cannot be found
• Check if file is still required to decide if ongoing download should be cancelled
