New features introduced on the OnSign platform in December 2025:
Features with AI
- Popup detection: a new feature of the screenshot monitoring that identifies popups on the screen.
We ask users who have access to this feature to help improve our AI-powered popup detection by assessing alerts as real or false.
- Alert creation: now you have an easier way to create alerts by describing your desired alert to our AI and simply reviewing the final version before launch.
The AI features are only available in the Pro plan.
Reports
- Published report: introduced the ability to download a report of published content by player. This feature is available exclusively on the Pro plan.
- Reports in CSV: added support for Excel spreadsheet reports – now reports containing more than 1 million rows are automatically saved in .csv format.
Authentication
- Authentication failure notice: Added a failure notification for cases where player authentication is not successful.
Updated player authentication screen layout: The authentication code is now accessible even when using non-conventional devices.
Other
- Email Domain Lock: Organizations can now request us to restrict account creation to authorized email addresses within their domain.

- Playing Loop: Added multiple loops of the campaign playing loop for a player.
- License Assignment: when adding a new license, you are now prompted to assign an available player to the license.
- Firmware update: introduced a new feature that allows firmware updates to be performed directly from the platform.
