Fixes

• Rewrote real-time communication with the server, reducing bandwidth usage in certain situations.
• Increased resiliency by reducing dependency on system components that could be terminated by the OS.
• Updated Device Monitoring to use the current frame instead of a cached frame.
• Added retry logic for root-capability queries for up to one hour after application startup to better handle transient failures.
