Fixes

• Handle startup actions after successful request.
• Add minimum uptime requirement for reboot actions.
• Fix download of multiple Contents pointing to same path.
• Fix deletion of Contents pointing to same path.
• Fix files mistakenly identified as in-use and not deleted.
• Fix player trying to move non-existent temp files.
• Add/update some startup logs to help with debugging.
• Fix signage.readContent() throwing an exception if Content cannot be found.
• Check if file is still required to decide if ongoing download should be cancelled.
• Migrate action list and event ID to device registry.
• Fix name conflict moving file to same folder.
